Services focus on safe and sustainable recovery at work through an empathetic, evidence-based and holistic approach. The first session includes an initial assessment, with treatment plans tailored and developed collaboratively. Services are reasonable and necessary, time-limited and monitored using evidence-based outcome measures. A claim number, insurer and case manager details, number of pre-approved sessions, signed medical certificate and job description are requested before the first appointment where available.
