The conveyancing team obtains your written consent or a formal withdrawal of caveat form, submits the withdrawal and requested documentation to the Victorian land title office or the office where the original caveat was lodged, and advises you once the caveat has been withdrawn. Withdrawal is necessary when an underlying dispute is resolved or the claim is no longer valid.
