Simultaneous interpreting without a booth, with the interpreter positioned next to or slightly behind the listener and whispering the rendition in near real time. Suitable for board dinners, factory tours, court hearings, notarial appointments, bilateral conference meetings, and other situations where one or two people need interpreting. No equipment is required in its purest form. For noisier environments or slightly larger groups, a portable tour guide system with a handheld microphone and receivers is available. Sessions longer than 45 minutes require a second interpreter. German and English are available in both directions, with other language pairs arranged through the interpreter's professional network.
