Scheduled weekly daytime visit for vulnerable or elderly residents, or for families wanting regular reassurance. Each visit includes approximately 10 to 15 minutes with the resident where appropriate, a friendly and reassuring presence, conversation and a general check-in, and observational checks covering general wellbeing, basic safety in the home, trip, slip or fall risks, fire safety awareness, escape routes and general hazards. Notes are recorded, concerns are flagged, and updates can be provided to the client or family where required.
