Findings from scanners, pentests, audits and compliance checks are brought into one list. Duplicates and near-duplicates are merged, findings with the same fix are grouped, and findings that are not reachable in the environment are set aside with the reasoning recorded. The result is one list with discarded findings and reasons retained.
