Expert subspecialty review for complex visual symptoms, optic nerve disorders, eye movement problems, and neurologic causes of vision changes. The consultation includes review of history, prior testing, imaging, and available ophthalmic records, with a focused virtual examination when appropriate. Assessment and recommendations are discussed and may be coordinated with the referring ophthalmologist, optometrist, neurologist, or primary physician. Patients may be asked to provide recent eye examination records, visual field testing, OCT or optic nerve imaging, fundus photographs, and relevant MRI or CT imaging. A structured intake call is completed before the consultation.
