Request and attend a video appointment with an inmate through JUST Connect. Online bookings require registration, a Visitor Identity Number, being over 18, the inmate's Master Index Number, and an authorised association with the inmate. Video visits are subject to correctional centre availability, booking windows, visitor restrictions and allocated visit limits. Up to 7 additional family and friends may be added, limited to 4 adults over 18 including the appointment owner. All visitors must call from one device in the same location. Requests are reviewed by Corrective Services staff and may take up to 3 days. Young Person bookings must be made by calling the relevant Youth Justice Centre.
