Impacta acts solely as the client's advocate and provides strategic guidance, agent selection advice, marketing input and campaign monitoring. Impacta is not a licensed estate agent under the Estate Agents Act 1980 (Vic), and does not act as the selling or leasing agent, negotiate final property terms, bind the client to a contract of sale or sign contracts on the client's behalf. The client may terminate the advocacy engagement in writing at any time, subject to the agreement's commission terms.
