Grand Natural accepts common restaurant cooking oils and animal fats, but not oil contaminated with water, cleaning chemicals, or non-food waste. Pickup frequency is adjusted to kitchen volume, with most restaurants receiving pickups every 1 to 4 weeks. Most restaurants are operational within 2 to 3 business days after signup.
