High or low frequency sound waves are transmitted through the skin to penetrate muscles, producing deep tissue warming and vibration to promote tissue repair and relaxation. The frequency can be adjusted to help decrease inflammation. It may be used for conditions including osteoarthritis, scar tissue adhesion, bursitis, ligament sprains, muscle strains, tendonitis, joint inflammation, and plantar fasciitis.
