A less invasive mitral valve repair procedure that uses a MitraClip device to join the mitral valve leaflets and reduce leakage. It is performed through a small incision in the groin, unlike traditional open heart surgery. The center uses sophisticated imaging techniques, including three-dimensional transesophageal echocardiography, to select candidates and monitor progress.
