Cancellations made between 7:01 am and 8 pm must be provided no less than 15 minutes before the agreed time. Late cancellations incur a 50% charge. Out-of-hours cancellations between 8 pm and 7 am are charged at 50% of the agreed labour charge, with a nonrefundable 50% advance payment potentially required.
