Pain-free cavity treatment using premium, tooth-coloured composite resin. The treatment includes topical numbing gel, local anaesthetic, removal of decay, colour matching to surrounding enamel, bonding the resin to the tooth and polishing the final restoration. Suitable for cavities and replacement of old silver amalgam fillings. Wait until numbness has completely worn off before eating, usually 1 to 3 hours. Mild sensitivity to hot and cold may occur for a few days to a couple of weeks after a deep filling.
