Financial assistance for therapy or counselling may be available to patients who meet the program's eligibility criteria after alleged sexual abuse by a registrant while they were the registrant's patient. Apply using Form A. Funding may cover therapy and counselling, as well as reasonable and necessary incidental costs directly related to accessing sessions. The maximum amount is approximately $17,000, and OHIP or private insurance coverage must be used first where applicable.
