Combination of Tuina therapy and acupuncture. Tuina uses manual manipulations on the body's surface to help relieve muscle pain and tension, improve mobility and joint function, improve suboptimal health states, and support local circulation. Acupuncture uses fine needles inserted rapidly into the muscles to help tone the muscles, relax them, and support the body's regulation. The combined effect is described as supporting circulation in the meridians, regulating Qi and blood, and relieving deep muscle tension and pain. Sessions are by appointment only. Some techniques may leave temporary marks, including cupping and Gua Sha. This service does not replace medical care. Available by video consultation.
