An intensive one-day, in-person program for school leaders and educators. School teams of 4 to 6 members explore a challenge of their choice, develop and test a prototype, and refine and evolve an initiative to create positive change in their educational setting. The program focuses on innovation and design thinking and incorporates innovationXdesign principles, processes, strategies and tools tailored to Victorian Independent schools.
