Details.
A traditional Thai therapy combining Ruesi Datton, traditional Thai dance movements and Muay Thai movements. The technique comprises around 30 intensive positions and combines rhythmic massage, acupressure, gentle twisting and deep stretching. It is intended to release tension and promote balance in the body's circulating life force energy. Pressure point massage, stretching, yoga positions, spinal movements, joint rotation, relaxation and lifting techniques may support circulation, flexibility, relaxation and physical suppleness. Inform the therapists about recent surgery or physical discomfort so the treatment can be adjusted. An intake form is recommended before or at the first massage. Consult a doctor before booking if you have conditions including high blood pressure, heart disease, lymphatic obstruction, diabetes, osteoporosis, slipped disc, neurological disease, loose joint disease, abdominal pain, communicable disease, infection or fever, increased vaginal secretion, unusual pain, vomiting or cancer.
