An immersive 10-course, 12-seater experience led by the Executive Head Chef. Includes the unveiling and skilful breakdown of a whole tuna, with guests sampling freshly prepared cuts including otoro, chutoro and akami. Available every second and fourth Tuesday of each month, subject to availability. Prepaid and suitable for 1 to 7 people.
