Suitable for general health concerns, repeat pathology investigations, repeat referrals, repeat prescriptions, mental health consultations excluding mental healthcare plans, medical certificates, pathology results, chronic condition management and STI screenings via referral. Patients should test their connection, prepare questions and symptoms, and be ready on time. The doctor may request an in-person consultation if a physical examination is required. Referrals can be emailed and prescriptions may be sent by eScript or faxed to a nominated pharmacy. Consultations are private and confidential.
