Phone and video consultations for existing patients. Patients must have been seen face to face within the past 12 months to be eligible for Medicare rebates. Phone consultations are for brief consultations, while video consultations must be longer than 15 minutes to claim the higher Medicare rebate. Fees are the same as regular in-person appointments.
