A teen mentoring program for adolescents ages 14 to 21, with or without an autism diagnosis, who mentor younger children on the autism spectrum. Includes training and workshops on mentoring, leadership, goal setting, and future planning, plus monthly social, recreational, and community service events from September through May. Participants build friendships, develop leadership and social skills, make community connections, and participate in community activities. The program does not support participants who require 1:1 staffing or engage in aggressive or self-injurious behavior.
