A teen mentoring program where adolescents with and without autism diagnoses mentor younger children on the autism spectrum. The program includes monthly social, recreational, and community service events, plus mentor training in mentoring, leadership, goal setting, and future planning. The program year runs from September through May. Mentors are typically high school-aged adolescents between 14 and 21, and mentees are typically children ages 9 to 13 with an autism diagnosis.
