A teen mentoring program for typically high school aged participants between 14 and 21, with or without an autism diagnosis. Mentors receive training and participate in monthly social, recreational, and community service activities to develop leadership skills, set goals, build community connections, and mentor younger children on the autism spectrum. Participants must be able to communicate clearly, attend trainings and workshops, and cannot require 1:1 staffing or engage in aggressive or self-injurious behavior.
