Book a table at Gilson. Bookings for 8 to 12 guests are required to dine from one of the $70 or $90 per head set menus designed to share. Credit card details are required at the time of booking and are held on file for no shows or large and late reductions in guest numbers. Dietaries can be catered for by adding notes to the online reservation. Weekends incur a 15% service charge and public holidays incur a 20% surcharge.
