Registration is available to patients who are homeless and sleeping in Westminster. After completing the forms, patients are invited to attend the practice for a health check with the Practice Nurse, or registration can be completed in person in one day. Assistance is available with completing the form, including translator support. Once registered, patients can see any of the doctors and may choose a preferred doctor.
