Supervised practice sessions for teachers who have completed training and need support before teaching public classes, or who need space to practise teaching or film a video sequence for a course requirement. A beautiful space is provided, with Jo present throughout. No insurance, certification or first aid is required. Mats, blankets, straps and foam rollers are included, while Pilates reformers and aerial hammocks incur additional equipment hire costs.
