Assesses an organisation's property portfolio and records its current condition to support imminent and future repairs, maintenance programmes, preventative maintenance, planning and investment decisions. Surveys can cover one property or several, and can be tailored to individual elements such as kitchens and bathrooms or entire residential blocks. Assessments take account of health and safety issues and can identify non-conformities with the Decent Homes Standard. The service is available for individual premises and large-scale projects, and may be combined with Specific Defect Surveys or Damp Reports. Schedules of Works and budget costings can also be prepared for identified maintenance work and repairs.
