Secondary and primary assessments for tenants aged 18 years and over living in Department of Health and Human Services public housing managed by the Fitzroy, Richmond or Collingwood Public Housing offices. The program can support tenants who are not current clients of the St Vincent's Mental Health Service and is intended for non-urgent situations where there is no immediate risk to self or others.
