An annual service by a Gas Safe Registered engineer. The 11-point service checks flue ways and terminals, the ignition system, safety devices, visible pipework and controls, combustion fan, heat exchangers, burners, gas pressure and heat input, flue gas analyser test, and ventilation. An electronic CP6 service certificate is provided on completion. A full strip-down service, including replacement combustion seals, is not included.
