A multidisciplinary consultation for patients with shoulder or elbow complaints, including persistent pain, trauma, instability, rotator cuff complaints, unexplained symptoms, injection-related concerns, second opinions, or support with diagnosis. An orthopedic surgeon and sports physiotherapist or manual therapist jointly perform a complete examination, discuss the findings, and propose a customized treatment plan. A referral from a primary care physician or medical specialist is required. Please bring a recent shoulder X-ray on CD and a recent medication history from your pharmacist. The examination lasts about 20 to 30 minutes and is held at Physiotherapy & Training Amsterdam, Lijnbaansgracht 241, Amsterdam.
