Treatment appointments are booked no more than 6 weeks ahead. Patients should arrive on time and provide at least 48 hours' notice, excluding weekends and bank holidays, if they cannot attend. A deposit is taken to secure the appointment. Missed appointments without sufficient notice are charged at £180.00 per hour.
