A no-cost, confidential process in which an impartial third-party mediator helps parents and school staff clarify concerns, explore options and reach mutually satisfying agreements about evaluations, eligibility, placement, implementation of an IEP or 504 accommodation plan. Sessions usually take 2 hours to one day.
