Coaching sessions combine practical everyday life considerations with channelled guidance, energy scanning, information gathering, discussion, Soul and Star Family Lineage work, energy clearing, healing, repairing and energy upgrades. Sessions may also include Crystal Light Bed, Sound Frequency Healing and other high frequency tools according to the guidance received. Outcomes aim to include documented clear next steps, accountability and greater clarity about your Soul Life Purpose. A pre-appointment Health Questionnaire must be completed before the first appointment.
