Services include support counseling for domestic violence, child abuse, and substance use, educational and peer support groups for diabetes, hypertension, and obesity, counseling and referrals for prenatal, postpartum, and planned parenting patients, mentoring for young men, and support for geriatric patients including memory assessments and referrals to home health aides. Walk-ins and appointments are accepted.
