A weekly, drop-in social communication group for adults 18 and older who struggle with social communication or interpersonal interaction. Sessions integrate peer support, discussion, and practice to build confidence and communication skills, including initiating and ending conversations, maintaining small talk, professional communication, networking, interview skills, and building relationships. The group is open to people who identify as autistic, have ADHD, or have no diagnosis. Virtual participation is available over Zoom. No set number of weeks is required, and attendance is optional each week.
