Versatile, professional meeting room suitable for client meetings, conferences, training, presentations and general meetings. Includes high-speed wireless internet, plasma flat screen, telecommunication and internet capabilities. Maximum capacity is 12 people based on school room seating style. Available to internal tenants and external individuals. Meeting room hire is between 9am and 5pm as standard, 7 days a week except Bank Holidays. Additional features are subject to availability. Full payment is required at booking. Cancellations with over one week's notice receive a full refund, less than one week's notice incurs a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations with 24 hours' notice or less incur a 100% cancellation fee.
