Skin tag removal using electrocautery. Anesthetic cream is applied, followed by cauterization with a Hyfrecater after 45 minutes. A wound forms over the treated area and recovers within one week. Topical antibiotic is applied for five to seven days. Keep the area dry, avoid irritating skin care products until healed, and do not pull or peel dry skin during healing.
