Mixed billing applies to all consultations, with a minimum out-of-pocket gap fee of $40 for standard consults from 1 August 2026. Longer consultations over 10 minutes attract higher out-of-pocket fees. Bulk billing is available at the doctor's discretion for concession card holders and children aged 15 years and under, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 3:50 pm, excluding weekends and public holidays.
