A minimally invasive facial thread lifting treatment for facial sagging and skin tightening, performed only by Dr Pradnya Apté. It can treat the jowls, cheeks, neck and brows, including cheek enhancement, jawline lifting and tightening, neck tightening and brow lift for eyelid improvement. Local anaesthetic is applied in advance. Results are usually visible immediately and may last up to 18 months, with improvement over three months. Mild bruising and tenderness may occur. Avoid strenuous exercise or activities that increase blood pressure for at least 48 hours after treatment. Usually one treatment is required. Anaesthetic: Xylocaine injection. Sensitivity period: 1 to 3 days. Recovery is within 3 weeks, with return to work after 1 to 2 days.
