A multidisciplinary consultation for shoulder or elbow complaints, involving an orthopedic surgeon and a sports physiotherapist or manual therapist. The examination includes an interview about your symptoms, a complete shoulder examination, assessment of the shoulder-arm complex, discussion of the findings, and a proposed treatment plan. A referral from your primary care physician or medical specialist is required. Please bring a recent shoulder X-ray on CD and a recent medication history from your pharmacist.
