Full-time support provided in the client's home, typically for a minimum of four weeks. Suitable for hospital discharge, recovery from illness, injury or surgery, temporary cover when a family member is unavailable, respite care, or support before longer-term arrangements are decided. Includes personal care and daily support, medication prompting and monitoring, meal preparation and nutrition, housekeeping and home management, mobility support and rehabilitation assistance, companionship, emotional reassurance, and support with appointments and follow-up care. The service includes care planning and oversight from an in-house Registered Nurse, regular reviews, coordination with healthcare professionals, and ongoing support for clients and families. Care can be extended, adapted, or transitioned into longer-term live-in or complex care.
