Confidential, judgement-free weekly sessions using an integrative approach combining Attachment Theory, Gestalt, Psychodynamic and Transactional Analysis. Creative arts can be used to help illuminate experiences that are difficult to define with words, with no set approach or artistic ability required. Suitable for people of all backgrounds and beliefs. In-person sessions are available at The Brixton Practice on Tuesday evenings and at HumanKind Psychotherapy in Peckham on Thursday afternoons. Sessions are also available at other times via Zoom. The fee is on a sliding scale from £55 to £75 per hour, with a limited number of reduced fee places for people on lower incomes.
