UK MCA and Marshall Islands approved training programme providing ship's officers with the knowledge and skills to perform designated Ship Security Officer duties under the ISPS Code. Includes the 2010 Manila amendments and is intended for ship's officers, and eligible ex-military and police officers appointed to security positions in the cruise industry. A minimum of 12 months seagoing service on vessels over 80 GT or 24 m is required for an STCW-compliant certificate.
