An 8-week course applying The Barrow Group techniques to Shakespeare. Students learn script analysis and performance tools to build understanding, clarity, spontaneity, clear storytelling, and real human behavior in imaginary circumstances. Students select, prepare, memorize, and present at least one monologue and one short scene. Bring a memorized Shakespeare monologue for the first day and a copy of Shakespeare's Complete Works or a free Shakespeare app with the text.
