Photography must follow handling guidelines, including no tripods, stands, handheld scanners or flash. Bound material must be photographed using the provided cushions or supports, and unbound material must be placed flat on the desk. Written permission is required for publication on a website, exhibition, broadcast or for commercial purposes.
