Minimally invasive diagnostic procedure using temporarily implanted electrodes inside the skull to detect and map the source and spread of seizures. Performed under general anesthesia with two-millimeter incisions. Patients remain in the hospital for several days for continuous monitoring, followed by electrode removal in a short procedure.
