Covers safe childhoods, the background to the Reportable Conduct Scheme, case studies of educator to child maltreatment, reporting pathways, barriers to speaking up and reporting, courageous conversations, what happens if you are the subject of an allegation, and becoming a safe, strong team. Participants analyse case studies and develop practical strategies to overcome hesitations and obstacles to taking action.
