Customers can choose delivery, pick-up, or delivery to a Kuehne + Nagel container freight station, provide shipper and consignee details, enter handover date, incoterms, cargo description, package dimensions and weight, indicate dangerous goods or non-stackable cargo, add shipment references and supporting documents, and submit the booking request. A confirmation email is sent after the booking is placed.
