The sauna can provide stress relief, aid recovery after intense physical activity, relax muscles, help flush toxins, help fight illness, and promote better sleep. Please call to reserve. One family is allowed in the sauna room at a time. Complimentary before or after a massage appointment, or $25 per hour without a massage appointment.
