Group insurance for Australian domiciled individuals who are engaged in income producing employment or self-employment and want Weekly Accident and/or Weekly Sickness income replacement benefits for unforeseen sickness or accident. Selected cover may include Weekly Sickness Benefit, Weekly Accident Benefit, Rehabilitation Assistance and Return to Work Assistance. The product is subject to acceptance criteria, policy terms, exclusions and the applicable Policy Schedule and Product Disclosure Statement. Maximum benefit duration is 156 weeks and maximum income replacement is no more than 85%, as specified in the policy schedule.
